Terms of service

Terms governing Techframegrid fixed-term employment guidance consultations in Germany.

1. Acceptance

By booking or using a Techframegrid consultation, you accept these terms. The service provider is Techframegrid, Level 7, 62 Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, Berlin 10178.

2. Nature and scope of the service

We provide educational employment guidance, document organisation and meeting preparation concerning fixed-term work in Germany. We do not act as a law firm, issue a binding legal opinion, represent clients, contact employers or guarantee an outcome. You remain responsible for obtaining advice from a qualified lawyer where required and for meeting all legal or contractual deadlines.

3. Bookings and client responsibilities

A booking is confirmed after we accept the request and issue confirmation. You must provide accurate information, disclose relevant timing and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data. Consultations are delivered in English by video or at the Berlin office as agreed.

4. Fees, cancellation and refunds

Fees are due as stated on the invoice. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund conditions are incorporated from our refund policy.

5. Intellectual property

Site text, consultation frameworks and original summaries remain our intellectual property. You may use a summary for your personal employment matter and share it with your lawyer, union or works council. You may not sell, publish or reproduce our materials commercially without permission.

6. Liability

We perform the agreed service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by German law, we are not liable for decisions taken without formal legal advice, employer actions, missed deadlines not disclosed to us, or indirect losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health.

7. Availability and changes

We may update site information and these terms. Terms applying to a confirmed booking will not be changed retrospectively without agreement.

8. Governing law and disputes

German law governs these terms. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Please contact info@techframegrid.digital first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
