Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for Techframegrid fixed-term contract consultations.
Cancelling before a consultation
Email info@techframegrid.digital with the booking name and appointment date. If we receive cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start, you may request a full refund or move the fee to another available appointment.
For cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the fee is refundable. The remainder covers reserved time and preparation already completed. A consultation missed without notice is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
One rescheduling request made at least 24 hours in advance is free. Later or repeated changes may be treated as a cancellation and new booking. If illness or an emergency made timely notice impossible, contact us; reasonable exceptions are considered individually.
Work already started
Where you expressly ask us to begin reviewing documents before the end of a statutory withdrawal period, you acknowledge that a proportionate fee may be retained for work performed before cancellation. Completed written timeline reviews and completed consultations are non-refundable unless the service was materially not delivered as agreed.
No purchased materials or deposits normally apply to our consultation service. If exceptional external costs are proposed, they require prior written approval and the cancellation treatment will be stated before purchase.
If Techframegrid cancels
If we cannot deliver the appointment, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund. We are not responsible for incidental travel or accommodation costs, so please do not arrange non-refundable travel solely for a consultation.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Bank processing can add time outside our control. We will explain any partial refund calculation in writing.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer withdrawal rights, remedies for non-performance or other rights under German law. To request a refund or discuss an exception, email info@techframegrid.digital.
