Privacy notice
How Techframegrid handles personal data for contract guidance enquiries and consultations in Germany.

Data we process and why
We process contact details, enquiry text, appointment information and documents you choose to provide to answer enquiries and perform a requested consultation. The legal bases are steps requested before entering a contract and performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Invoice records are retained to meet legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c). With consent, optional analytics may be processed under Article 6(1)(a).
Do not send special-category data or unrelated identifiers. Redact tax numbers, bank information, medical details and third-party personal data unless strictly relevant and requested.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by carefully selected email, hosting, video-conferencing and accounting providers under appropriate contracts. We prefer providers processing data in the European Economic Area. If a provider transfers data outside the EEA, we use an adequacy decision or approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and assess supplementary measures where required.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Consultation files and summaries are normally deleted two years after the last service unless a shorter period is requested or a dispute requires retention. Invoices and tax records are retained for statutory German periods. Consent records remain as needed to demonstrate the choice.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or another competent supervisory authority.
Automated decisions and security
We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We use access controls, proportionate encryption and data minimisation, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
