Transparent fees for fixed-term contract guidance, renewal reviews and employer conversation preparation in Germany.
Fees matched to the work
There are no subscriptions or hidden document charges. The fee is confirmed before an appointment and includes German VAT.

When additional work is needed
The listed rates assume one employment relationship and up to five core contract or amendment documents. If the history involves agency work, multiple group companies, collective agreements or a substantial volume of correspondence, we will first explain whether a longer session is useful. Additional preparation is quoted at €70 per hour and never begins without written agreement.
Payment and rescheduling
An invoice is issued when the appointment is confirmed. Payment is due before the session by bank transfer. You may reschedule once without charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation and refund details are set out in our cancellation and refund policy.
No-cost first check
If you are unsure which format fits, send a brief enquiry with the current end date and number of amendments. We will recommend a consultation type—or tell you when a lawyer, trade union or works council is the more appropriate first contact.
